Social Support
Settlement Engagement and Transition Support (SETS)
Supporting eligible humanitarian visa holders and newly arrived migrants from Cambodia in their integration into Australian society, with a focus on women's inclusion and prevention of family violence.
How this program helps
Support that is practical, local and culturally responsive
The SETS program aims to support eligible clients, humanitarian visa holders, and newly arrived migrants from Cambodia in their integration into Australian society.
The program focuses on women's social and economic inclusion, the primary prevention of domestic and family violence, and alignment with the Refugee and Humanitarian Entrant Settlement and Integration Outcomes Framework.
Through practical support, referrals, and community connection, CAWC helps newly arrived community members build the skills and networks they need to live independently and participate fully in Australian life.
